Each East African country has its own unique dynamic and Uganda is no different. I enjoyed reading the local news to see what matters to people. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is a very hard but good spot to track gorillas and the Kazinga Channel in the Queen Elizabeth National Park a great spot to see hippopotamus, buffalo, elephants and amazing birds. The memory that will remain the most though is the sounds of the chimpanzees in Kibale National Park. Shrieks and crys, booms and calls, the sound was frightening, amazing and truly an experience.
