Queensland like many Australian states is a large state with lots of diversity from the theme parks of the Gold Coast, to the major city of Brisbane with nearby Fraser island (the World's largest sand island) to Townsville and Rockhampton from which parts of the Great Barrier Reef can be accessed as is true with Cairns with Cairns also accessing the Daintree and far North. Cairns is by far my favourite but there is plenty more to see in the State of Queensland.
